The lifespan of some filters can be extended by cleaning or washing the filters. One of the most commonly washed filters are the panel filters which are used to filter dust and airborne contaminants from entering food packing rooms, airconditioning unit rooms, or dust sensitive manufacturing rooms.
We have upgraded our panel filter washing facility and are able to wash over 50 panels a day. These panels need to then be dried after washing before going back into use. Some examples of panels prior to washing, and during the washing process are shown below.
